Wæver (1994) has analysed the possible conceptual challenges to FPA and its focus on states from a postmodern/post-structuralist perspective.
However, the adaptation framework does not deal with the possible broader implications of the European dimension being the ‘most important aspect of Danish foreign policy’ or, indeed, what this means.
